The lore of Aion is complex and stretches over a long period of time, from the very creation of the planet of Atreia through millennia until the “present day”. Much of it is hidden, and thus it takes a good portion of perseverance to explore it all. In addition, a large piece of it disappeared following the removal of several zones in the 4.8 patch, which means it’s now inaccessible for the ones of us playing the current version of the game.
Here I present you the general lore I have gathered throughout the years, which will come in many forms. Some of them will tell the story itself, while others will concentrate on broader terms which are to be understood in order to grasp the whole story.
